Schedule of Events

                                Tuesday June 03rd 2025

​

7:15 am to 9:00am                  Registration - Club Entrance

                                                  Breakfast on the Patio

                                                  Parimutuel Betting Located On the Patio.

                                                  Putting Contest Tuesday only- south putting green.

                                                  Putting contest pauses for play at 9:00am. 

                                                  (First round included with your partner, additional $5).

                                                  Complimentary Beverages.

                                                 

9:00 am Shotgun Start         Refreshments at the turn, or snack shop (club entrance).

                                                 

                                                  Water Station Hole #10, and between hole #3 and #7.

                                                  Round of Play Ends

                                                  Putting contest resumes until horserace finals.

                                                  Hors d'oeuvres, (food stations) served on the patio

                                                  following play.

                                                  Horserace players determined, and play begins.

4:00 pm to 4:30                       Food Stations, Beverages, No Host Bar (Non Members/Cash)

Approximate Time.                 Putting Contest Concludes.

​

7:15 am to 8:15                         Breakfast served.

                                                  Final Betting Clubhouse

8:30 am Shotgun Start          

 

                                                  Snacks and Refreshments at the turn, (club entrance).

                                                 

 

 12:30                                         Luncheon served in the dining room.

                                                  No host bar

                                                  Awards, Prizes, and Conclusion of Event.
